In 2013 Nike finally released the Nike Flightposite 2014 which features the silhouette of the New York Knicks colorway. These shoes didn't seem to be popular but in my opinion they were a very nice pair of shoes and you can never go wrong with a pair of flightposite or foamposite sneakers. I would walk into sneaker shops and find this shoe on sale, the lowest I've seen it was around $120 but retails at $210. Only place to find this shoe in at your online retailers unless you get lucky at a brick and mortar. This colorway is one of my favorites because in high school one of my favorite players was Allan Houston of the New York Knicks, this particular model was his player edition from Nike, only exception is that the top velcro cover featured his jersey number 20 instead of the Nike check in the 2014 model and maybe a few other exceptions. I was excited when these released and added them to my collection. Only people aware of the meaning of this release would probably those who are in their early to mid-30s age range. I realize how old I am whenever I see certain shoes and colorways that remind me of my younger days. So, don't sleep on Nike Flightposites, it is one line that is definitely a portrayal of Nike's quality products.
